The 14th Annual Urban Leadership Institute concluded with tremendous success, as Utica high school students completed an intensive week of hands-on learning and career exploration in emergency services.

This 8-day summer program is for incoming 9th-12th graders and 2026 graduates in the Mohawk Valley area to develop leadership and communication skills while exploring the vital work of local first responders.
