Safe Schools Mohawk Valley works with at-risk youth and their families to keep them in school, help them graduate high school, and prepare them for college or a career. Our unique evidence-based approach is proven to reduce barriers to learning while supporting youth’s social and emotional well-being. School and community-based programming is customized to help each youth meet their goals and reach their fullest potential.
