Our 2024-2025 Academic Year Annual Report

Eight out of ten students who worked with Safe Schools Mohawk Valley improved their school behavior in 2024-2025, and 98% of the students we surveyed said they felt better at home, at school, or with friends. Our 2024-2025 Annual Report shows how our staff worked to keep kids in school across five Mohawk Valley counties, serving 2,573 students in 40 schools and 9 school districts.

Six out of ten students also improved their school engagement and their GPA. School staff noticed the change: of the 633 surveys they completed, 98% reported improvement in at least one of behavior, attendance, or engagement. Among the students we surveyed, 92% said they like or really like working with their Youth Case Manager, and 83% said they would stay in the program if they could.
